Joseph and his late wife Lynda started DiVito Realty Inc. in 1975. Both are lifelong residents of the Town of Hull, raising their family there. Joe began working in his families’ contracting business at age 10. He later established Joseph A. DiVito Inc., Contractor in the 1970’s. Joe’s years of work in the contracting business have given him a keen knowledge of property, property values, zoning regulations and their impact on land and its uses. His contracting business primarily focuses on site work, foundations, sewer & water installations and landscape services. This knowledge became the fundamental basis for the business.
